Flower girls always seem to steal the show, don't they? Well, these two redheads were no exception to that rule. They hit it off from the moment they met. Kate? A reserved, quiet follower. Ella? A spunky, outgoing little leader. They got along famously.

Ring around the Rosie. During rehersal, Kate and I had a conversation that went something like this:
Me: And then after the big girls, you're going to go back down the aisle the way you came.
Kate: And play Ring Around the Rosie?
Me: Not until you get to the end of the aisle.
Kate: But Ella will want to do it.
Me: If she wants to stop and play, tell her to WAIT!
There was a cow in the vineyard. He was pretty popular, at least with Kate.

We hope that Ella will come visit us some time in Columbia. Before we left they got a gift bag that happened to include a Cinderella/Prince charming set. They both squealed. They kissed each other goodbye and squealed some more. Kate loves to make new friends, so for her, the weekend was a huge success.
