Riverbanks Zoo

We became members at Riverbanks Zoo today. We both love the zoo and we're sure Kate will drag us there as frequently as she can after she learns how to say zoo. The weather today was absolutely perfect for strolling around. We're lucky to have a world class zoo here in Columbia. Kate loved it!

Kate enjoyed this Howler Monkey taking a break to think about his day.




Kate enjoyed the elephants but didn't try to make the elephant sound. We guess that its reserved for cartoon and stuffed elephants. Maybe next time!



It took a minute for Kate to warm up to the tortoise but after that, pat pat pat! Everyone close to Kate knows that pats are saved for her closest friends.
